I am a licensed clinical social worker, educator, and founder of Connected Therapy Group. My clinical and academic work focus on attachment, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and the role of self in therapeutic practice.
My professional experience includes developing and directing treatment programs across detox, inpatient, and outpatient levels of care. I also serve as an adjunct professor at New York University, where I teach and mentor emerging clinicians. Through both clinical practice and education, my goal is to advance evidence-informed, relational approaches to therapy that foster authentic growth and recovery.
Psychotherapist & Group Practice Founder
I am the founder of Connected Therapy Group, a collaborative practice dedicated to providing high-quality, evidenced based therapy to supporting individuals, couples and families reconnect to themselves and the world around them.
In addition to clinical practice, I lecture and present on topics related to psychotherapy, attachment, and the therapeutic process. My work engages both clinicians and interdisciplinary professionals to strengthen theory-to-practice integration.
